ISO 50001 certification by Bureau Veritas in South Africa for Gold Fields

Gold Fields is a global gold producer with nine operating mines, annual gold-equivalent production of 2.2Moz, attributable gold-equivalent Mineral Reserves of 52.1Moz and Mineral Resources of 116.0Moz.

Bureau Veritas in South Africa assists Gold Fields with the certification of its management system. Bureau Veritas will devote three years to developing solutions and systems to help Gold Fiels reduce its energy consumption in accordance with the ISO 500001 international standard.
