Bureau Veritas in Nigeria and South Africa celebrate International Mandela Day

On the occasion of the Nelson Mandela International Day under the theme "One hand can feed another", Bureau Veritas in Nigeria and Bureau Veritas in South Africa have carried out charity actions in their respective localities.
 

Bureau Veritas members from the Ikoyi and Apapa offices in Nigeria visited the Hearts of Gold Children's Hospice, a home for children with cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, autism, dyslexia, Down syndrome, and associated mental disability disorders. This visit concluded with a symbolic sum donated to the children of this establishment.

In South Africa, the Bureau Veritas team distributed 315 food packages in various locations. Each food package contained the following ingredients: 1kg of rice, 1kg of salt, 1kg of sugar, 1kg of maize flour, one packet of soup, one can of cooked beans, one can of canned fish, one can of broth, 500g of cooking oil, 1l of concentrated juice, one packet of tea bags, 125g of cream, and two packets of cookies.
