ISO 9001 CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor Training

Dates: 24-28 March

This course will enable you to develop the necessary expertise to perform Quality Management System (QMS) audits by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques. You will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process.

ISO 14001 CQI IRCA Lead Auditor Training

Dates: 31 March - 04 April

This course will enable you to develop the necessary expertise to perform Environmental Management System (EMS) audits by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques. You will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process.

Both courses are based on practical exercises, allowing you to master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program, audit team, communication with customers, and conflict resolution.
